Dani Waller is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker
(LCSW); having earned two Master's Degrees. She has been working on capital
cases since February 1, 2000. She has conducted social history investigations
for over 25 clients facing the death penalty in various states. Dani has also
conducted work at the Federal level.
Dani has provided training for others in the field of mitigation by lecturing at numerous conferences. She has also collaborated with the Center for Justice in Capital Cases at DePaul University College.

Dr. Mark Cunningham, Forensic Psychologist
Mark D. Cunningham, Ph.D., ABPP is a clinical and forensic psychologist by profession and an award-winning researcher by avocation. Though his offices are in the greater Dallas area, his practice in civil and criminal cases is national in scope. He has provided consultation and/or testimony in state or federal litigation in 42 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. Dr. Cunningham is licensed as a psychologist in 15 states.
